  • Custom Orders: Hampers marked as "Fully Customised" may require additional processing time for assembly and final sign-off, which will be communicated during the customization process.

  • Estimates Only: All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carriers, customs processing, or external events.

  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

  • Secure Packaging: We prioritize secure packaging to protect your high-value and perishable items, such as nuts, glass jars, and delicate decorative elements.

  • Bulk Quantity Packaging: Please note that for dry fruit quantities purchased in bulk (e.g., ), the product may be delivered in secure Zipper Pouches rather than glass jars. This ensures safer, more cost-effective transit for larger volumes.

  • Perishable Goods: We take every precaution when shipping perishable goods, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier that may affect quality. Please refer to our 2-day Quality Guarantee in the Refund Policy.
