Bulk Orders: For large or Bulk Orders, shipping charges may be calculated manually to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective delivery method. This will be detailed in your separate Bulk Order agreement.
Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday), though processing times may vary during peak seasons (like Diwali).
Custom Orders: Hampers marked as "Fully Customised" may require additional processing time for assembly and final sign-off, which will be communicated during the customization process.
Estimates Only: All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carriers, customs processing, or external events.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Secure Packaging: We prioritize secure packaging to protect your high-value and perishable items, such as nuts, glass jars, and delicate decorative elements.
Bulk Quantity Packaging: Please note that for dry fruit quantities purchased in bulk (e.g., 500g), the product may be delivered in secure Zipper Pouches rather than glass jars. This ensures safer, more cost-effective transit for larger volumes.
Perishable Goods: We take every precaution when shipping perishable goods, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier that may affect quality. Please refer to our 2-day Quality Guarantee in the Refund Policy.
